If/Then

2 Chronicles 7:14 
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." 

Church, 

In light of recent events, I think now more than ever is the time for some self-reflection. This world keeps getting darker, and we as the church, the body of Christ, need to be a light to this world. We need to surrender all that we are to Christ, allowing Him to be our source of life, the center of our existence, our King. As we surrender to Him, we must ask God for revelation; for our futures, for what to say and do, for the areas of our lives that we don't let go of, and for wisdom. We need to go deeper in our relationship, digging into His word, as it holds every answer we need in life. As we go deeper in God, our relationship with Him grows, we understand who He is, we trust him with more and more. We're molded into the image of Christ. That's how we bring about change in this world, it starts with the church!
